DreamIt Ventures

DreamIt Ventures runs an intense 3-6 month program which provides entrepreneurs with seed funding, mentors, office space, a startup community, contacts to potential investors/partners, and other benefits. The group targets innovations in web, software and/or IT, but is also interested in applications in physical sciences, medical devices and anything else where a product can be developed in three months. DreamIt offers each selected company/team a 'Dollarship' of up to $50,000 typically in exchange for a 6% passive equity stake. Since their inception in 2008, 127 companies have completed the DreamIt cycle.
