Love founders with bold visions on the future of homes and housing. Particularly love if the idea sits at the intersection of capitalism and altruism. Personally think of housing tech as four spaces: construction/homebuilding tech (robots, offsite, jobsite tech), transaction / finance tech (mortgage, ibuyers, insurance, rental platforms), home improvement tech (D2C, products, services, data, smart home) and housing consumption tech (co-living, aging in place, small spaces)not interested in
