I prefer mature founders who have run a business before (doesn't have to have been a startup, I just like to see that you have had to make payroll, pay taxes, manage employees, etc.) or have had P&L responsibilities. I also like to see a unique insight around the market you are targeting, ideally coming from some hard won experience.
