I am a food and agriculture investor that makes both private equity and angel investments in the space. We typically look at companies with at least $3 million to $4 million of revenue. I am also vegan and very interested in plant based foods. Other areas we are very interested in indoor agriculture, regenerative agriculture and organic products, composting, reducing food waste and better for you food products
We cannot invest in pre-revenue companies and we avoid the front end of the food industry; restaurants, food delivery, etc.
