Transmedia Capital helps build digital media and marketing businesses, bridging the gap between new and traditional media. Transmedia Capital is the only seed fund investing in specifically the new media and online advertising sector providing domain expertise, operating experience, and advisory relationships for entrepreneurs. In addition to the digital media domain focus, TMC will invest in qualifying companies that are: Raising less than $2M in current financing; At beta product stage, preparing for public launch; and are raising seed or A-round between $250K- $2M of invested capital.
